Free Barn Owl & Wildlife Screensavers
Free to download. New screensavers are added from time to time, so it's worth checking back.
These wildlife screensavers and wallpapers are made from my own photographs, taken in and around the Peak District National Park. You won't find them anywhere else. They're free to download for your PC, Mac, tablet or phone.
There's a mix to suit most tastes: barn owls hunting, diving and stretching, fluffy owlets, a handsome red deer stag, a robin in the frost, leaping squirrels and some big Peak District views. The owls in flight are Mia or Buster, two of the barn owls you might know from our live barn owl camera.
They're all JPEG images, and I've kept the file sizes small so they download quickly and won't slow your computer or phone down.

Questions people ask
Are these wildlife screensavers really free?
Yes. All the screensavers are free to download for your own computer, laptop, tablet or phone. They're my own photos, and they're free to use, as long as they aren't redistributed or sold as images.
Will they work on a Mac and a Windows PC?
Yes. They're standard JPEG images, so they work as wallpapers and screensavers on Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android.

Where were the photos taken?
All of them were taken in and around the Peak District National Park in the UK, many close to where the Barn Owl Live cameras are.
I'll keep adding new screensavers, so subscribe to Barn Owl Live to hear when I do. You'll also get our free barn owl book. If you enjoy these, there are lots more of my photos in the Peak District wildlife gallery, and you can watch the owls and deer live on our wildlife cameras.
